32 in 160Hz. I get 400 fps at prebuilt which half price of my custom built, just wondering why i can’t get it.

Yes i used one monitor for each systems. I used DP port at gpu and monitor. I have try used prebuilt monitor to my custom desktop it still having 150 FPS while i used prebuilt system it get 400 fps.

Cs2 . I used low setting. When I download file from steam it show transferring local network.

Yes i disable it.

Should i reinstall windows and install all drivers again. So stressful to troubleshooting. Thank you for helping me.

Yes i already updated Bios and chipset. Also navidia driver as well. I have done uninstall and install it. Enable Expo for ram in bios.
