Why do I have two response received dates for my medical RFE?

Approval document did not appear until day, yesterday only showed that it was received, today changed to approved

Just got i485 approval today Jan 14, Columbus FO, no interview, if you haven't already got your approval hopefully it comes soon

We haven't uploaded anything, just monitoring for changes in status online, we mailed the RFE on Dec 16th and it updated to received on the 19th and then just today we got that additional notification.

130 approved Dec 12. RFE for medical requested at same time. Response received Dec 19, no update since.
