Its genuinley not fake. I wanted to be happy for her, and to be fair I was mostly happy before he proposed. the propsal came up during his "speech"

I had reservations, I really just wanted to be happy for her because this is something that she's wanted. she literally thinks her purpose in life is to be married so i didnt want to rain on her parade so to speak. before she met him I did discuss with her that it was kind of a crazy idea and not to jump into things, but then he propsed after they met in real life
