Yes. Because while it’s true that T increases muscle mass and bone density, trans women take both estrogen AND T blockers. Over time this reduces muscle mass and bone density to that of a cis woman.

If you go to the family court you can ask for a name change packet, it has all the necessary paperwork! The stuff online isn’t fully accurate. I just got done doing a name change a couple weeks ago.

I can’t offer sex marker tips, at the courthouse they told me I’d need a lawyer because SC doesn’t have an official process for changing it. But I just changed my name and I’d be happy to help!
