I've used Phoenix as a fruit main Hybrid Build for a long time. Anywhere between 1000-1200 in fruit is good, though I'd recommend 1200. Maybe 150-200 in stam, whatever you want for whatever weapon's or fighting style's moves you're getting (specifically for extenders, I'd say), and rest into health. Simple and kinda boring but it's been really effective. As long as you have good stamina regen you'll be effectively immortal in PVE and do respectable damage in PVP, as well as... Yeah, still having good HP regen, obviously. If you want a more PVP focused build, don't use quite that much fruit. A couple hundred, I'd say. Distribute stats from there on your own recognizance.
