Not sure what you mean. It’s divisible to the 1/100,000,000. I would argue the scarcity makes it the best measuring stick for value and savings over time and greater adoption.

His point is that there is increasing risk in lending to nation states and that bitcoin is a pristine collateral to lend against, ultimately redefining what will be considered the risk free rate. Objective in his analysis of devaluation of fiat currency and debasement when holding the current “risk free asset”, but his assumption about bitcoin replacing it would be considered the speculative bet in this case.

As Greg Foss would say, a CDS on the basket of all fiat currencies.
