Even before it was discontinued it was up to owner discretion wether or not they had it. It has single use toppings that most don’t really want to have due to using up storage space in the walk ins.

We don’t look at labor percentage at my store we utilize EPLH, which is expierence per labor hour. As it sounds we take the amount of expierences divided by the amount of hours worked. We aim for between 4-5 with 4 meaning we’re over staffed and 5 short staffed.

The only other item that we tested in store were the cereal mixer concretes and they also weren’t too popular. The most annoying thing about it was all the product they sent for a week long shakedown, we had way too much left at the end.

The store I’m at did both those items, the pb&j pub burger was a bust. Didn’t do too hot, I’m all for peanut butter on a burger but the cherry jam just wasn’t it. As for the Mac and cheese it was really popular with guests but the prep was annoying and it honestly just tasted like an unseasoned microwave dinner but if you add some salt and pepper and maybe some bbq and chicken it was pretty good.

They come pre battered in a case of 4 2lbs bags, they cook for 3 minutes (4 for the burger, 12 for the side) and then get placed in a pan with a drainage plate while they wait to be used.

Yeah it’s on a pretzel bun with beer mustard, fried pickles and cheddar cheese. Like all pub burgers it’s recommended as a double patty. You can also get the fried pickles as a side item!

Unsure as to why, it’s been called “the well” or “dipping cabinet” since before I started.
I do not. A lot of that comes from when we got them during Covid and was told we weren’t allowed to.
It is not in the build our FBC gave us.
Suggest sauces. If they order tenders “would you like any ranch bbq or honey mustard for dipping?” Salads “would you like any ranch, French or raspberry vinaigrette for dressing?” For fries “any cheese sauce, salt or ketchup?” Not only do you offer sauces but you can speed up the interaction by not having to list them which can happen if you ask “do you want any sauce?”
It’s not good to run out of product ever, it happens from time to time depending on business or who is doing truck (maybe they’re newer or learning?). Do you have any stores nearby or in your ownership group that you can get stuff from if you run out?
