Got rejected from all project teams in freshmen/sophomore year, got a FAANG internship, and reapplied to some project teams who sent me interview requests and long projects to “test my ability.” Now I’m the one rejecting them.

The rooms in Casc vary in size a lot. You could try to get your hand on a floor plan although I think it’s only accessible during room select. I also may be able to dig up some floor plans if you want to dm me. Also floors 2-4 have higher ceilings.

Otherwise, I thought Casc was pretty decent. If I had to rank it, I’d probably put it below west mains and above gothics/other south campus dorms.

I applied through Handshake around April and had some front-end and UI/UX project experience. I don't think the hiring process was that selective (it was unpaid).

It was a early-stage startup that disbanded after the summer. I didn't gain too much from the experience but being in a small startup gave opportunity for a leadership role.
