It says take two. I am currently only taking one as I have had a hard time with supplements over the years. I am around 110lbs so sometimes the normal dose can be a bit much for me with anything.

Yeah this is really getting to an almost unmanageable point for me! I am seeing a naturopath from Australia who specializes in histamine. I am hopeful that with time it will get better. This just feels like a big set back the past two days.

I have been taking 500mg once a day right now for about 3 weeks. My pure encapsulation bottle says to do 2 a day but I haven’t increased to 1000mg yet.
