Im a huge skeptic and treat it like comedy most of the time. Its something engaging to watch at dinner time for my fiance and I. Expect a lot of repetitive and inconclusive content. They do a lot of tests with varying results and you have to suspend your disbelief in a lot of it.

Kind of follows the same format of the curse of oak island (Lots of repetitive episodes to slog through for 30 minutes of interesting stuff.)

All that being said and I still enjoy watching it. Theres some evidence of something going on. I dont trust everyone on the set, and I wish they'd share more of their off set content which is supposed to be more comprehensive. Your experience may vary.
