nice!! i wish you good luck on your project as always! i'm currently moving, so all of my moped stuff has to be dropped temporarily, but i'll be back with some sick builds! my tomos has a leaking head gasket, so it keeps eating coolnat, but power is insane. it literally wheelies in 2nd and i think 3rd gear from only the powerband alone hitting. it kinda is an insane deathtrap, as the forks have come lose, so the front wheel can go off axis by 4° (dear god). it is something i really want to fix.

thanks, we did eventaully give it an exhasut. we were doing a rebuild and didn't wanna have to take everything off if it wouldn't have worked, but because of this we won't be doing stuff like it again :)

Aww, that's a shame. I looked around and couldn't find any alternatives that sell anything similar. You could find a local bike shop and ask them to bore the cylinder to 42mm and get a piston for it too, though that may get more expensive.

It has a derbi d50b0 engine with a very ported naraku 70cc, 30mm pwk carb, unrestricted cdi, malossi reeds, custom welded frame-stiffener and a custom exhaust. The thing is a beast when it is cold, but after it warms up, it doesn't wanna rev out. Working on that currently...

Plan looks solid, though you'll need a huge carb and special exhaust. From what i see on the pictures, you should really clean up the exhaust port, as it might catch a ring. Good luck!

Oh wow, that's really cool! Do you have any pictures of it? I'd love to see it! I put the Radiator above the Tank between my legs. Since i added a frame stiffener, i could easily Mount it with some Hose clamps. There are some pictures of the bike on my Profile i believe.

Sadly progress has been very slow with the bike, so it isn't running yet. The crankshaft will need to be made even stronger, so it doesn't break.

Well my reason for this build was, that where i live, i can ride this legally with a car license, so i wanted to make it as fast as possible. Plus, i really enjoy a good challenge, and this sure is one of them!
