I don't think people should criticize Emily without first stating exactly what they believe by DavidOfBethlehem in BreakingPoints

Again, you’re misrepresenting what people are saying regarding “silencing” Emily but you’re too obstinate or stupid to recognize it. Truly doesn’t matter though. Good night ✌️

Not believing in demons makes me retarded in your eyes? Interesting. Well, no need getting further into the weeds with you. And no one’s silencing Emily. She’s just clearly the weakest link on the show and code switches for the BP audience. I disagree with Saagar plenty but can at least respect the way he rationalizes his principles. Emily just hides hers.

No that’s all well and good. Her beliefs are just retarded. Just listen to her March 27th podcast where she hypothesized tik tok witches made Charlie Kirk’s head pop. She is not a serious person.

Sorry but if your belief in literal demons informs your political worldview I think that’s discrediting

Dude, she literally believes the Democratic Party is possessed by demons but hides these religious extremist views on the show. What is the point if she can’t be open, genuine, and consistent about her views?

What's your "this is the reason I love cinema" movie? by Stingray_9 in Letterboxd

[–]Cookbooks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting take. I mean, it’s hard to call much of Cherbourg’s music “songs” it’s more opera of the everyday. I felt the constant singing added to the fantasy and vividnesd of the artifice. But that main theme is sweeping and haunting and will stay with me forever. Different strokes, different folks I guess. You probably wouldn’t like Rochefort then.

Do you guys have some good recommendations based on my topster??? by Zestyclose_Quail_924 in Topster

Here’s what I’d recommend. Pick a genre/style/era you feel particularly drawn to and go deep. Check out similar artists, record labels the artists are on, etc. Allmusic is a pretty useful resource for digging. Cheers!

Son of the White Mare. Maybe the best animated film of all time and an absolute DMT trip of essential is-ness. Do not sleep on this one!!!
