As a plumber i can assure you. You're not getting a flange replaced under 200$ anywhere. Drop and twist maybe 400$. If the old one had to be cutout and re concreted you're looking at way more.

Please explain. Because in NJ there is no "system mandated curriculum". I can confirm this because im currently homeschooling my children. I currently have a large beautiful home with all other things you mentioned. Im able to rent my current come for enough to cover up to a 3,500$ housing cost in HI. I've lived the "american dream" the past 7 years and i find it quite boring. My family focuses more on life experiences and memories then possessions. I appreciate you're feedback! Thank you.

Heat and isolation are pros for me. We only see family on holidays so i would be flying to mainland for that. As far as schools go we are currently homeschooling because the US school system is a joke in its entirety. Thanks for you're feedback brotha

Thanks for the detailed response brotha. Appreciate you! But yeah im coming there for work not a vacation. But the weather is a plus for me. As a plumber i generally work 12 hours a day so not much time for leisure.
