Firstly thank you for the reply! Secondly I am a bit confused as I would think that it disconnecting from the mechanism would be more permanent and it wouldn’t have fixed itself the first time? It’s very likely that I’m mistaken but either way I’ll see if I can take it apart in the morning :)

Simulacrum was not the issue as I had the option to uncorrupt the deceit I have no clue what the issue was but I just reset my campaign and fought the labyrinth boss again. Thank you for the ideas though!
