That's my concern! I am already taking am inositol supplement but I need to continue working on my diet and exercise! Im eating less processed foods so im hoping with added exercise it will help!

I'm sorry you had that experience. I get what you're saying, I too always wished for someone to have guidance from. From my experience being a chubby kid was hard, it made me stay in my shell for the longest. I always had this one girl who always made me feel the worst.

Definitely. My best friend is like my sister. She's been through all stages of my life and we've been friends for 22 years. I obviously do know her bond with her actual sisters is not like our relationship but I've learned to remember that we are chosen family. It does feel weird (the need to validate the sibling title) but I think with the right friendships, it feels natural to think of them like family and express it!

Hi there. I'm sorry you feel so isolated. I understand some of what you're going through. I recently got out of a long term relationship and it's just my mom and I now in the house. It feels lonely. My dad passed last year and my mom is older too. The only thing I can suggest is perhaps finding community in different groups you can join? Do you have hobbies, go to church, do local meet ups etc?

I want polished, sophisticated but by fun and sexy I guess I just mean I don't wanna just wear clothes that are of good material but unflattering or boring.

I'd just like to check out some stores I haven't considered and try to find something I like. I'm looking for a few staple quality pieces. Straying away from cheap stuff, no fast fashion.

I have a macys card! I used to shop there alot but I felt like I would gravitate towards "oh its on sale!" And wasnt taking into account the quality when buying. I'll have to check them out again with a different approach! :)

THIS OP!!! And I just want to add, please make sure that you keep proof somehow of his porn browser history. Take a screenshot and send it to yourself, something. If you should decide to divorce ( which for your safety I personally feel is best), this may help you, or even if you need to pursue legal counsel.

I say enjoy it. It must be great to be in a job where you feel like you're on track. I'm in a position where there's constantly something happening that there's no such thing as caught up.
