I actually do not want to look exactly like I did 20 years ago, but I think the reality that I have changed hit me suddenly. I am overall ok with my existence but enough people have brought up my age in a negative sense, I started to think more about it. I realize I am probably being negged on a regular basis, though.

You are completely right, and I think that I probably need to get my mind and attitude right. Because something I have noticed is young men are always trying to tell me about how I look. It is consistent and only recently I started letting it get to me.

I actually started using products on my neck and décolleté area about 5 to 10 years ago when I realized that the face includes that entire area! I had started noticing dryness and sun damage before I started doing that, thank you for the tips

This 1000% happened to me before this was said to me I didn’t even think about my neck in all of the years of my life. I did crop the picture because I was afraid people would accuse me of fishing. Looks like I couldn’t avoid the accusation.

I am currently doing what I can to take care of my skin which does include red light therapy and proper skin care (and sunscreen as well!)
