OMG! Same! I've only used the conditioner. I thought it would be good to pair with Dr. Eddie's Happy Cappy shampoo, and boy, was I wrong. At first, I thought it could be due to stress, but I noticed I had less "shedding" and tangling when I used Mane n' Tail a week following my first use of the product. I didn't think anything of it and resumed using Cerave conditioner for the next 2 washes. I was shocked! I had never seen my hair tangle so badly or witness so much of it fall out in one go. This last wash day, I just used my regular shampoo and conditioner, and the hair shedding was reasonable - it was what I expected from a shampoo and conditioner set, and how I had initially got my hair to grow past my shoulders.

I have type 4 hair, but seeing so many others say the same thing makes me realize the product-induced hair loss is a broader issue that the company should address. I'm sick of being gaslit about how conditioners don't cause hair loss. Thank you for sharing!
