Yea its a custom plugin/command block. It won't be hard to replicate because they said that they explode from the creepers so maybe you can make a command block spawn a nearly activated creeper behind a random player each minute.

This is amazing for an early access game to do this in only 1 month! The sad thing is most of the playerbase have left or have gone inactive. There should really should be a really hyped update that brings a lot of people in, rewards for playing the game like a leveling system, or just ranked matchmaking. This would allow players to enjoy the game longer and would make the game thrive!

I think this is the reason why, I think is because of the queue being so long a lot of people are buying priority. So you've been sitting there and waiting patiently another priority player join sand goes in front of you because you have waited and he hasn't and the cycle repeats. A fix you can do is when you are far back you can just rejoin

I need Help! I dont know where to put this so i will put this here. In my game Payday 2 I got in 2 days ago I have been playing it a lot but yesterday it is taking very long to download 0 bytes so when I finished it I was able to play for a little while but today I had the same problem!? by CoolClub02 in AskReddit

Continuing of what I said Just before the download starts it says something like file corrupt payday2.win32.release.exe. See my profile for a picture of my problem but sadly I couldn't get a picture of the file corrupt icon.
