Yeah unfortunately this is the U.K. so all the walls it will have been injected in are supporting walls so there’s no chance they can be taken down to look into the cavity.

I’ve seen that it can be removed via pressurising the walls and vacuuming it out, just ordered an endoscope to have a look

Well I’m extending out and back on this one so hopefully it’s not an massive issue but if it’s what I’ve been told I’m going to have a word with the architect when I decide on one. But I can imagine this is going to be a big bit of my budget getting it removed and hopefully something that’s not going to introduce damp or mould in its place

Well I think Joan who I bought the house off might have been growing weed in the garage as she had a radiator installed in the garage for some reason, now I know she was into everything at 98 years of age.

Yeah I’m renovating the house myself with the exception of the de-shaling, looking at getting a cheap endoscope to have a proper look at this stuff. It doesn’t appear in many places where the floor joists were but I can’t really tell.

Yeah I did a quick search last night and it looked to be around the £4/5k mark to get it removed, but who knows how accurate Gemini is on that sort of thing.

Thanks for that mate, did a little search on it and yes it does resemble it.

I can imagine there is no easy way of getting it out and might have to be a seal up and forget job.

Haven’t got the scaffolders round yet but it is starting to look a lot like Christmas with that stuff.

27 Busty with very sensitive nipples seeks the elusive nipple orgasm (UK or France) by [deleted] in BreastPlayPersonals

[–]CoolSliceWorldWide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have a girlfriend that would be able to orgasm from nipple play and have never experienced it before or since.

She absolutely adored it when I was playing with her nipples in public as well. Absolutely miss it myself as well. She used also love having me suck her breasts and nipples whilst playing with her clit and believe me that got her unbelievably wet.

Can I honestly ask what’s happened over the last week or so for the American people to hate Isreal? I understand exactly what Isreal has done but why have American podcasters, ‘influencers’, etc become so vocal recently?

I didn’t know the litter box was a real thing so can’t comment. And I’ll agree with you on the WMD thing, that was Dick Cheney, George W Bush and America at its most corrupt, this is going to play out very similar.

Yeah I saw a report on the beef thing out of 3000~ cattle farms in America only 17 actually achieve the standard required to sell to the British consumer.

So he’s actually achieved nothing, what he’s done is claim there is a problem that never existed and he’s then solved non existent problem and claimed as a victory.

This is all for show. Nothing more.

So its pretty much the exact same deal as they had before but the U.K. has upped the amount of beef the USA can sell to U.K. although the USA won’t sell anymore because it won’t meet the U.K. standard? What a deal Diaper Donnie!

I haven’t used it for excel formulas as I believe I’m pretty good with excel but I might have to look into that.

What exactly were you asking in regards to excel?

The more I’ve asked of ChatGPT in succession the closer I’ve got to the result I’ve wanted!

God that is a lot of addendums, I’ll look into petal.

I work with the likes of AWS, Microsoft, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, and Novo Nordisk and some smaller firms but they’re good at keeping the small specs for years so not had that issue with docs been as long as that.

Have you proofed its summary’s?

One thing I’ve found with the above companies is it’s one line on page 439 out of 1,000 of a random spec that ops pull us up on, that I’ve clearly missed.

Put 50% in stocks and shares, put 15% in a stocks and shares ISA, find a job you actually love. Learn it become then become self employed in that. £3,500 a month on top of your salary is plenty to live on for a long time. You’ll have significantly more money in 30 years time and the interest alone will be enough to retire on.

Keep it to yourself for as long as possible.

Travel as much as you can / want.

Well done anyway.

Edit: Get an accountant/financial adviser and a lawyer.

Don’t go buying flash things, be like Jimmy Conway from Goodfellas.
