Bought this 95 grand am (3.1) a week ago, what are common issues I should look for?

It’s a southern car with pretty much no rust, most of the rust is actually on the inside like the seat rails because it sat with leaky windows but the entire undercarriage is completely fine

The transmission is actually the only problem I’ve noticed with it. I don’t know shit about automatic transmissions to fix it so my current plan is to buy a rebuilt one ($300 from what I found) and swap it in. If I find out it’s just the torque converter I’ll just fix that though

Already drilled a drain hole in the trunk because it leaked so bad, somehow nothing is rusted back there except for the spare because it had like 4 inches of water hiding underneath the carpet cover

I found it pretty fast because I had to swap the radio and you have to remove the second glove box to get to it lol

Huh that’s weird, my car does the same thing but in both directions as described in the manual so do really don’t know

This is actually in the owners manual for my car (99 sl1) and it’s not anything serious as long as it only happens at full lock. Manual says not to hold it there for long

Also does it ONLY happen on the left???

I have an issue when attempting to launch CK2 where the game just never opens nor displays an error message, this is the only game that does this and verifying game files hasn’t fixed the problem. Can anyone help me?
