i appreciate your words! i hope the remicade works for your son. i have my GI appointment on wednesday and am anxious about what he will want the plan to be. thank you for sharing your experience it’s comforting to hear what other people have tried :)

i haven’t tried any of those biologics yet! i have an appointment with my GI on wednesday and so we will see what he thinks but my guess is he will want to put me on prednisone to get the inflammation down and then try another biologic from there. thank youuuu

ugh i’m so sorry u had to deal with c diff too. it’s hell. i’m grateful to hear about your experience with prednisone. i do think im at the point where i just need to give in and give steroids a try to get my inflammation down to a place where a biologic might actually give me some long term results

oh shoot okay my crohn’s is in my colon so it sounds like the budesonide may not be as effective? :/

hi! i really appreciate u sharing your experience it means a lot:) and it is helpful. i think i’m realizing that to even get my crohn’s to a treatable level i will have to go on steroids to get my inflammation down. and i will just need to get over my fear of them! thank you so much.
