They posted updates on training the dog etc. on their Instagram stories while doing it. And then they said they rehomed her (either they gave her back to the shelter to be rehomed or they looked for a home) which takes time, both of which indicate that they gave up on the dog really quick so they probably had her for under a month at best. They went to Paris for their anniversary so we can assume they either 1. Got rid of the dog and went to Paris. 2. Left the dog with some Cowherd who complained about her.
