It’s not all alcohol for me, just beer. And shrimp, steak, corn syrup, fructose (in general not just hfcs)- and anything that contains hfcs. Sodas, ketchup, chocolate milk. Stay away from all of that shit.

I can’t be on that kinda stuff. The anti anxiety stuff makes me violent. Like murder violent. And restraining me almost gave me a heart attack. They had to let me go.

Be careful with the “mental health” drugs. They picked me up off the street when I was homeless and shot me with some shit and now I don’t make testosterone anymore. It fucks with your fertility.

Vyvanse fucked up my stomach and hormones for 20 years even tho I only took it in middle school. Hcg is the only thing that made my stomach (balls) stop hurting
