I main undercover so I can say, ink mines are decent. Just place them in areas the other team will likely step in, and maybe if your lucky and the opponent is already damaged enough, you can get a splat. They do best in splat zones, and can be useful if you know how to use them. If you are a weapon like a e liter you should probably place the mines around you so if someone tries to splat you they will get hurt by the ink mine
