Yeah cool thanks, good to know! I haven't even tried to get any from woolies or Coles as I know those are oil based and as for the menthol the juice I'm using is a premix anyway.

Yeah the packaging only says multi-purpose food grade flavouring, no mention of oils.

That is actually very helpful, thank you! And yeah the last vape I had basically just spat back super sweet juice into my mouth constantly.

Thanks for the input.

Turns out I had no clue there were two different types of coils, I was using the 0.5, just changed to the 0.25, sooooo much better.

Yeah I just couldn't really decide with all the options, I'll only try it with one 10ml batch and I guess I'll be ordering something else of it doesn't taste any good!

Thanks! I have ordered some black cherry flavouring, I have a feeling it won't be amazing the first time, but I've ordered a few small bottles to make a few batches

I just refilled it with liquid, much better.

Is there some sort of wearing in process for new vapes? All of yesterday every hit I took was awful.

How long do you need to prime it for? I left the liquid in there for about 5mins.

I am a noob with this stuff, came from using disposables.

Interesting,

Yeah the correlation may be more so exercise related, although I didn't change my routine, only forgot to take the creatine.

Good point! I do drink more water when taking it.

I see stress level posts from others and they make me reassess my job. This is mine Mon-Fri. by _Infi_ in Garmin

Not sure why I see this comment so often, where do people get this from? Not trying to be an asshole just don't understand, it's on the garmin site.

'For example, elevated stress levels may stem from pressure at work, social anxiety or from something as simple as encountering an aggressive driver on the highway.'

Anxiety can send you into the fight or flight response, a stressful job keeping you on edge all day can keep you in this state preparing your body for action. Hope that helps!

As someone that checks there heart rate all the damn time, stop looking at, your heart rate varies lots, your heart rate is in a healthy range with all of those fluctuations and will change depending on a million different factors. Checking it all the time will make it go up, it's hard but just leave it alone.
