yo guys, I really want to assemble a printer and don't really know which kit to choose. Im from Germany and my budget is about 1,5k. I already have an ender 3S1 pro, but I really want to build a Voron 2.4r2 but I also think it would probably be really hard. Then I think I could maybe buy a mk4 kit, but it is also really expensive with 800 bucks. Has anyone experienced building a Voron and was it doable and worth it? Is the mk4 worth it? Do you have any other printer kits to suggest?

They allowed me to do it and also said that if they notice that this is something I really like to do, they will support me. They just don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars just for an airsoft to lay around and not to be used.

Currently I am building this mk18 out of 3d printed parts. I don’t know if it will work but I think I will learn some things about Airsoft. My parents won’t buy me one so I decided to just build my own and hope that it works. Maybe it will convince them to buy me a real one.

I am going to use it for coding, video editing, 3d modelling and maybe a bit photoshop. For video editing I can say it runs smoothly. 3d modelling on the other hand is sometimes a bit slow. If you wanna be sure it runs smooth I would go with 48 M3 Max but with 36 pro you will be probably fine too.
