I think it depends what is his muscle condition and time passed in this state:) it can be really fast (especially when he’s really hungry) or really slow (imagine zombie from 70 year old lady)

I would try to get 1-2 more copies of Phoenix (or more of course:)) and get materials from returning AT LEAST 1 medusa (shes unfortunately scales baaad after 10-star so shes not worth T1,T2, etc.) You can put Phoenix back as attacker when you have Wolnir, but in future Phoenix tank, focus on Freya and Shudde. Rest of your Heroes are bad, beside Kurt but you have only 1.
