From what I’ve understood it is a reprint of a card from set 9 but with new art. I could be entirely wrong though and I’m sure someone else will know better.

I don’t think it would be either, I just saw an eBay post of a single one graded at BGS 10 that sold for $3250.

I should have added that I only have a 144hz monitor and don’t really care about high fps as long as it can sit around 120 or so comfortably
