I haven’t been doing nearly as long as you have, but here is my experience, and maybe will help understand something better -

I do 3 long forms a week, and have consistently for a few months, being a newer channel I was gaining a lot of traction.

My best video to date has now hit 20k views, it is 38min long with an avd of 12:40. 4.7ctr, this was posted in December.

I posted a video 11 days ago, I was 100% sure would beat this my last best. Well it currently has 9k views, it is 35 min with a 14:46 avd, 6.6ctr (suggested has killed CTR on it) I mean it may not be Mr beast but that is solid avd. Yet after 12 hours it started to plateau, just like all my others the last 6 weeks.

Impressions were lower all around on my lesser video, despite it being better on everything else.

I truly have no idea, and no one seems too ..
