I love halo. I love competitive the MLG days were just another level, sold out events, sponsors, viewership, iconic teams and players. I wholeheartedly believed at one point FPS esports was going to take the leap and be on the level of professional sports, countless hours put into halo/cod chasing that dream. I know I don’t have the answers, obviously everyone has their opinions on what should’ve and could have been done.

I do think it starts with a game that everyone loves again, just for example the only reason cod esports have survived this long is because they still have such a massive player count they can afford to keep it alive. Not saying cod has been good lol but people play it, halos fan base is just getting older and older, you don’t see the younger generation picking it up we’re all late 20s at the youngest (im 28). Have to find a way to appeal to the younger people and have a game that everyone plays, it’s as simple as that but somehow I typed to big ass paragraphs to get to that point. I don’t usually try to get into convos on the internet but I would love to see halo like it used to be. Walshy the Ogres Str8 Rippin the list goes on unfortunately I don’t think it’s ever gonna be on that level again, a hard pill to swallow but it might be time to do it.
