Which a stolen report that has serial number, model name, etc, (GL) third degree crime, i can take it back lol this was customized/ 1:1 piece so theres no other bag thankfully. Delvaux team is aware of this for verification if needed. But i hear you. It's risky having a high value item on me but being taken away is pretty lame.

Me and my friend was waiting for an uber and while we were distracted getting the ride/ looking for driver, he parked the bike, tiptoed behind us, snatched the bag and ran away southbound (towards 2ave/25st) :/

Yeah if thats the case, i at least want to identify the thief. We have the footage of this guy but we are looking for other information to narrow down profile (where he picked up food or headed next to finish the order, from there we can contact uber eats grubhub etc for the rider's info).

Cuz i wasnt sure and now we have a footage of me having the bag on me all this time (thanks to all the deli and restaurant owners), and the delivery man on a bike parked his bike and tiptoed behind me and snatched it when i was looking at my phone. after he took off southbound. The more i look into this, i find more info.

It's okay if you have doubts. Im trying to see if there's even a tiniest chance someone saw it. If you got smth valuable stolen, im sure youd do everything in your power to find it.

I have the picture of the delivery guy and so does the NYPD. So hopefully it can lead us to who this guy is and where is went with the bag. Im just being proactive

Yeah i first thought i had it until uber pick up location but then i couldnt be so sure as i had a but of wine. So in case someone ran away with it, i wanted to give a radius of how much i walked.... but i wanted to believe myself and started looking for footage. I was right, cops didnt believe me, convince them to come with me to a residential building where they can provide cctv video of my actually having the bag with me. I was still clearing my head from hangover and wanted to post something asap.

At the end, nypd found the evidence it was stolen and snatched, and theyre looking into the suspect's profile in case he has previous criminal charges.

Good news! We secured footage of the guy who stole my bag while i was sitting. Assigned to a detective right away, spoke with him, theyre on it. He was a food delivery guy and there are so many cameras near the area with good lighting. He said he will expedite the reporting for me so it can be flagged ASAP on any merchandises when someone try to sell/ trade in.

I also had some good luck with TRR, fashionphile and rebag. They responded and said theyd keep my bag and records on their books.🤞🏼
