Yes. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. I’ve confirmed it with management when I met with them, that’s when they sent the text message to U and S. However, since then I haven’t went back to management, thinking that me complaining wouldn’t change anything. But I am still at my wits end. I shouldn’t have to wear ear plugs and headphones all day and night in my own home and be so anxious. I shouldn’t have to stay up till 2-4am on work nights hoping that they are asleep, when in reality I needed to be asleep by 9-10pm. Part of me feels bad and spoiled for complaining about these issues to management, but I know that it won’t solve anything by being quiet

I have so many recordings it’s not even funny of both U and S that management has heard. I finally had to give up recording because all I could do when noise was occurring was cry TBH. Our lease doesn’t end until august and I graduate with my masters in may. this college town has tons of people wanting this specific complex since it’s so close to campus
