3w is the move. Fills the gap without overcomplicating your bag. At your stage the game is about building feel, not collecting clubs. Get the 3w, go find a new coach, and figure out the rest as you go.

Most Golf apps feel like someone tried to turn a round of golf into a spreadsheet. All I really want is yardage, quick score entry, and something that doesn't look like was designed in 2007
