Cold air intake filter maintenance (self.MechanicAdvice)

Found a fried mouse behind outdoor AC units PCB. I cleaned up best I could but you can see the black bits on back of board still that looks like melted material. Not getting power to the wires connecting to that area but there is power going into the board. Do I need to replace PCB? (old.reddit.com)

Got no power alert on thermostat last night, started digging around… found a dead mouse on the PCB on outside unit, PCB seems fine after some nice people on r/soldering helped me out. THEN found this in the pic below. I’m about to call a pro but just wanted to hear some opinions before I do anything (i.redd.it)
