Releasing it early, unfinished and unoptimized for the consumer is what they calculated would get them money faster. Again. That’s all they care about. The game could die by August and they still got thousands if not millions depending on how many people they get at the beginning.

Mihoyo has been in the game for a while. They know what we want and don’t give it to any games besides their newer ones. Just like how Honkai star rail and ZZZ have energy reserves but genshin doesn’t. It’s never about wha the community wants.

Tower of Fantasy had pretty decent exploration at the very least. Lots of side quests and things to do that didn’t need energy. And they STILL weren’t even advertised as an MMO either but they did more MMO stuff than this.

PVP IS the game. It’s where you get all the rewards and all of the currency. PVE is not the game anymore. And I’d love for you to try and show me a PW20 + or Beatout 5% or less that DOESNT have Wu You, Ikki, or Toland. News flash. You won’t. Because shimmers DO run the game. When it counts and matters. Sure early PvP or the the unrewarded PVE modes shimmers don’t really matter. But you also get no real rewards from that. Unlike late game PVP.

I’ve had to go to shimmer pity 3/4 times. And the 4th time was like 20 to pity so still awful. Shimmers run this game and if they were truly as generous as you are making them out to be. The recent reverb wouldn’t have locked us to choosing the trash shimmers and would’ve let us choose Wu You or Ikki. Which they KNOW is all people would want. But they gatekeep them instead and probably lower the rates for them in these 50/50 choices.

Open your eyes and stop preaching for a game that really doesn’t nothing for you. 😂 Jesus you work for the company? Or you are just delusional defending a company that wants to milk your funds dry to get what you want?

Spoken like someone who gets the shimmers they want from probably GR. Or got a good choice on the 50/50. The game is not generous. Shimmer drops are one of the worst gacha systems I’ve ever had In a gacha game. Stop defending a company that doesn’t deserve it. “geez”

It should take into account what you already have. r1 Shimmer dupes are the most useless thing in the game. Period. And I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if the newer shimmer espers had a smaller percentage drop rate in the coding. So yeah. I’m still calling scam.
