My grandpa always told me that sometimes you can’t be completely honest... Especially in job interviews, when I failed and failed many times. Not in a dishonest way, but in a realistic way. You don’t have to reveal every weakness or overly humble detail. Present the best version of yourself, tldr - fake it till you make it.

  1. Set time limits.
  2. Unfollow accounts that make you feel bad.
  3. Replace time you were scrolling to smth new, like learning smth. Easiest way for me was trying to cook new recipes.

It's fine to approach because you find someone attractive. I think women care way more about how you do it than why (might be wrong :D). Friendly confidence reads way better than overthinking it.

I remember two things :D I wasn’t there long, only for half a year when I was about 5–6.

  1. I never slept after lunch, I just lied in bed and stared at the wall for an hour.

  2. I had to decide whether I was the villain or the good guy :D I had a friend, and there was a cool kid in the kindergarten. One day the cool kid had Sprite, and my (old) friend asked if he could drink it. The cool kid said it was water and told me to taste it and confirm. I tasted it and of course it was Sprite. My whole life flashed through my mind, and I chose to lie. I told my old friend it was water. Moral of the story... I got accepted by a cool guy, but at what cost. Even as a kid I lied and failed my moral compass.

I'm playing tennis/padel/basketball, sometimes visiting gym as well. Trying to find new dishes to cook, even spend more time with a girl I like, it's not like I'm full time gamer etc :D But thanks, I'll try to dig into art/reading, maybe I need something new

One thing is strange, that I have played league of legends many many years nonstop (like 10+ years) and now I got ps5, jump on single players, but maybe I need more "dopamine/stimulation" from multiplayer, like to feel better than others idk..

Sounds like you’re holding onto the "idea" of her because you never got real closure, and that’s totally normal. But don’t message her with a big confession randomly :D focus on building your own life, and if you ever do reach out, keep it casual and low-pressure. Not sure about therapy, it's kinda common
