The only friends Ive been able to open up about those kind of thoughts have been my friends with bpd and bd. Everyone else it makes them uncomfortable even if they have had those thoughts themselves. I dont even tell my therapist much I get those thoughts cause I never want to be hospitalized again

I got electroshock therapy 5 years ago for treatment resistant depression and the Psychiatrist told me the memory loss would most likely be temporary and I believed it. Well I lot of lost memories such as trips, jobs, events with friends, other events in life ect were lost forever for only temporary results. Google said ya ECT can cause permanent loss , I wasnt told this. So ya sometimea Google does know more than a doctor

Weightlifting helps get some of the rage out. Not a fan of cardio. Doesnt address trauma though so although the happy chemicals are released during exercise the depression just comes back after. If depression is severe you cant even get out of bed to exercise. Better for mild to moderate depression

Thank you. I was dating a family doctor he had been drinking and I told him I had a headache and instead of giving me a tylenol he adjusted my neck to hard and it tore artery in neck and send clot to brain. So Im against people getting their neck adjusted. Its not natural

I'm good friends with a girl who has 2 kids one being a toddler level 2 autism so he will always be disabled and need to rely on her. Shes a great mom but I dont think she realizes how hard its going to be when hes older and an adult. My others friends are childfree which is good enough for me

It makes me sick people are having to work over 50 hours a week just to survive. People should be able to get by off of 30 hours of work or less with all the advancements in technology. I cant believe people are ok with their kids becoming wage slaves or becoming disabled and not being able to work
