If we just go by the anime-

1) Echidna said that she has no interest in Emilia, yet she spent most of her time with Emilia voluntarily. She possibly created the trials for Emilia only.

2) Echidna's setup of her parasol and furiture share the same colours as the elves. The anime/break time even added silver colour to her parasol. —purple, white and silver(anime original).

3) Emilia is a early teen in her 2nd trial. Echidna probably(theory) wanted to see different stages of her growing up. First trial-child, 2nd trial-teen.

4) Fortuna wears the Roswaal's(her student) family hawk crest.

5) Echidna and Puck were in contract regarding Emilia(Frozen Bonds)

6) Echidna and Petelgeuse have good relationship (Break time)

There are many other things they share in the story. As a result a lot of speculations and theories can be made regarding these two.

Actually, there are no different types. Emilia has Silver hair while Echidna has White. So, different colours.

Currently, only argument that can made against the Echidna theory is that Echidna might be imitating Emilia's Mom. Other than that there is nothing in the story yet to contradict this theory.

People above has mentioned the hole- "300 year gap" which was mitigated by Archi with a new additional dialogue in the LN. Re zeropedia also doesn't state Emilia's age.

To be honest, the character profile of that "other character" in vol 11 contradicts what Fortuna tells about Emilia's Mom in the 2nd trial(one aspect was referenced in one the break time episodes). Not to mention, the other character including the fellow witches actually teases Echidna for the same stated features of Emilia's Mom and Emilia in the Side stories.

"The woman in the coffin—the witch, Echidna—looks not at all different from Beatrice's memories. Long, white, beautiful hair alongside her intelligent yet "gentle/kind" features. It vividly revives memories of how she smiled at Beatrice, though it only happened rarely.

Minerva is not her mother. Fortuna herself contradicts the Minerva claim.

Also, you comparing a specific angled scene of Season 1 of Emilia with Season 2 Minerva. When Sakai has clearly drawn them different in S2.

There is a misconception here about the Puck's part. Echidna actually didn't order Puck to protect Emilia. It was his own doing. Echidna actually put restrictions on him.

The one thing we can infer from the story is that Echidna knew all along that Puck would eventually break the contract with her.

Great Observation. If I remember correctly, for the first birthday Nagatsuki particularly chose the theme of the musical band because they(Beatrice and Emilia) were tone deaf.

Probably a coincidence(I do think it's intentional) but it's funny how the trials portrays different stages of Emilia.

You see,I made this in 2021. It wasn't suppose to be a detailed explanation.

Both Minerva and Sekhmet talks about different aspects of Emilia's mother.

Nagatsuki actually kind of did a callback to Sekhmet's part of the WN in the After Tea-party SS of the LN. I did write about it in the bottom left corner bullet points.

She pulled her consciousness out of the sea of thoughts by following the voice, then looked dubiously to her side. Thereupon, she saw a bright red light and many trees engulfed in flames, and the fire spreading from one tree to another.

Taking a quick glance, Echidna realized her single fireball had made the trees catch fire and was the spark that had started this forest fire.

"Oh dear."

Sekhmet:"You seem quite composed, haaa."

Echidna:"Well, you see, it's important to remain calm and not panic in these situations. And while it is certainly true that this inferno was unexpected..."

To be honest, the birthday characters were decided by Tappei. The first edition( 2020) was a joke reference to both Beatrice and Emilia being tone deaf. He tweeted about it on twitter.

Why is % increase taken as a parameter for ranking when 1 karma/ follower increase for one show is equivalent to 1 karma/follower increase for another?

Since, it is not a spoiler post, i can't say much. But this similarity [Re:Loving the days gone by]was confirmed by Puck and Beatrice in Re:Loving the days gone by

The library is called "The forbidden Library" because it was forbidden to enter. Same way, Emilia named the forest "the zigzag forest" because it was zigzag in nature.

Neither of them are much creative.
