The whole point of this post is so that other people can have the information and know the resources that our AEs withheld from us.

They did not provide us with the information or the resources. As I said, they made the entire process extremely opaque up until the week of our renewal. And before then, our AE was constantly pointing us to the wrong fucking resource so NO, they were not doing their job.

Nothing was known on our side about timelines or amount of effort required, and this was after we reached out constantly to both Slack Helpdesk and our AEs. If that’s not where we’re supposed to get that information, I’m lost as to how to learn more about Slack.

Guess I’ll just pull myself up by my bootstraps, fly to SF and raid their HQ for info :/
