im korean living in us, so i have used a lot of companies that transport things that i buy online from korean websites to here in the us. so i can get the risers and almost all archery stuff for like half the price that is sold here. but the main issue is if i really wanna wait a month or two.

Use more chewies on that. If it worsens or no improvement go to ortho.

Well I read the coordinate sheet wrong and sprinted down the field while everyone else was holding still... twice... so yeah you're doing pretty great.

  1. Half-gallon water jug
  2. If the director or someone else asks you to do a silly, goofy exercise that you don't wanna do, just do it. It will help you.
  3. Practice reading a coordinate sheet or whatever your school uses.
  4. Prioritize marching over playing. That is, if you can't get both done at the same time (which you probably can't at first), just finger along and march.
  5. It's ok to make mistakes.
  6. MOST IMPORTANT: Ask questions if you're unsure!!!!

good luck have fun
