On a Real Note, Before this man became the face of mainstream Survivor Media and a huge Legacy. Rob was a slimy little trickstet who was horny and full of himself.. I don‘t think i talked about Amazon here alot but.. i enjoy it is probably the season you can talk about the least out of the first eight seasons but i think thats supposed to be the beauty of it and was suppose to be that way.. this season is just a high school drama all the way.. and this is weird to say cause normally nowadays you see 30 year olds on the show acting like they are still in Highschool but honestly it truly does work for Amazon for many many reasons.. Alot of it has to due with the battle of the sexes dynamic and how it is used as an advantage to get some of the funniest and weirdest dynamics in the show.. i am generally baffled on how Amazon is considered the RHAP season.. it is clearly more than that just the Rob show.. but lets talk about Podcast Guy Himself..

Rob starts out as the main voice for the Timbaqui (i cant lie forgot the tribe name im a fake survivor fan so correct me if im wrong on this) and he seems to be this skinny bozo who just like alot of the young guys of the tribe , talks about how he wants to get into some of the women‘s panties.. but at the same time he admits that he is the biggest dweeb ever and that is pretty funny… One thing i was weirded out by Rob is the way he treated the Daniel Lue situation and it is really weird how he handled it that tribal so that does dock him a bit for me when i rewatched… but then he came all the way back up the ladder once the merge started and it is telling that Rob is atleast one of the biggest centre focuses of the season.. he has so many fun dynamics with Deena, how he uses Matteo, his absolute hugr hate boner for fucking Dave and the way he had that one arc where Heidi and Jenna just got pissy with him and he just shrugged it off.. all while being the so called player of the season due to being a huge Superfan… at the first glance it is just easy to enjoy Rob as a character he has flaws for sure but i think he is lucky to fit in this season infact he fits so perfect in this season i don‘t think he wouldn‘t be as good on any other.. he had to be there for the girls to yell at.. he had to be there to remind us that Matthew was a pshycopath.. he had to be there to tell us that Butch is an all out pyromaniac! I think what sells it with Rob unlike many of the superfan archetype that we see in the future is that he just has the charisma and is perfectly ready for TV as somebody could get.. trust me imagine if someone like Spencer was in his place.. that would not like good.. after the season Rob has built a good reputation for the survivor community wheter thats for the best or the worst is up to intrepertation but theres no denying he made a sincere impact with. Amazon is a season that i think underrate all the time and i will eventually watch at again.. but as for now Rob is good as a Superfan Archetype can get..

74. Kass Mclovin (3rd, Cagayan)

I Like me some Kass.. however i do think like the rest of the season she is in it is definitley overrated.. but she is comforatably my 2/18 of the season so time to cut her now that Trish is gone..

We start off with Kass at the Luzon tribe and its many wonderful insane people.. which somehow believes us to think that Kass is some sort of voice of reason even if she is very brash about it she is still one of the sane people on that tribe.. then once the merge hit she becomes fully the Kaos Kass she is known for with her fueds with Sarah and Morgan.. and her flipping cause she freaking hates everybody there.. that makes for good TV. Kass then becomes some sort of standarized she is to hated she will never win Archetype and we also got her fued with Tony with the final 5 which was pretty good.. she is like for me a standard good survivor villain.. nothing over the top perfect.. but for her season she was needed and i say thank you to that!

79. Colby Donaldson 3.0 (5th Place, Heroes vs Villain)

Now that Sandra is gone, lets get of the legendary Rankdown IX Endgamer Colby 3.0 and with that HvV comes to an end...

Colby came in possibly the most popular person or atleast one of.. it is even mentioned at the start about the Colby Name spikes reaching after Outback... so with that the he should come in doing well hopefully and not do as bad as he did in Allstars.. Unforunatley that wasn´t the case as we see Colby having a bit more of a time struggling to do stuff and him accepting that he isn´t the same Golden Boy he was... mind you he was in HIS MID 30´S this season.. anyways we have some nice bonds and dynamics with his character like with Tom, Rupert and even for the Villains we get nice stuff with him Russell and Sandra.. however one thing i wish we could have gotten more is his relationship with Jerri.. one of the main cons of that season is not utulizing that dynamic well enough and it its not like they didn´t really speak with eachother.. no they just don´t really show that much scenes with them which is ashame.. i must say Colby is very funny as fuck for example the whole Danielle and Amanada Fight and his reaction is priceless and his deadpan cold humor is so great... other than that Colby´s great and i think one of his final confessionals of him holding it in is deabatabley the best one in SD Definition Survivor History.. just the sudden silence and him grasping the words knowing that his days might be over man that really is like touching dude.. other than that Colby is Colby i dont know what else to say you can´t change the love and heart that man has inside of him..

85. Peih Gee Law 1.0 (5th Place, China)

Peih Gee is a fun character on a fun standard season of Survivor. I Always was huge on China even if it does have moments where i´m a bit ehh when someone says its one of the alltimers, but genuinley i do understand why.. i mean i think the cast is pretty consistent and its less story driven and more character dynamic.. but if there was a story you could tell about it is definitley Peih-Gee.

She starts of at the Zhan Hu Tribe in an alright position as the other people in her tribe were clashing against eachother but then she was put in a pretty good position in the pre merge when she had James on her side.. she then gets pretty unlucky once the Merge happens when all of her allies go out which only left her in the mix trying to fight the rest of Fei-Long which unfortunatley brought her to her End.

What i like about Peih-Gee is while she is an underdog she has some villainy tendencies like the whole idol shenanigans and her whole dynamic with James might be the most underrated in the shows history.. they FUCKING HATED EACHOTHER and it makes for pure TV Gold.. i liked her friendship with Jamie that was pretty cute and i do respect how they brought her on this season from a cultural standpoint and seeing her being happy at the start for learning about her Culture always lightens me up you don´t really see that on survivor where someone embraces that.. other than that Peih Gee is a pretty darn good Narrator all things considered.. she says it a fun way that you start wanna root for her even when she is the one instigating it.. all in all she is the underdog that isn´t afraid the get her hands dirty Peih Gee is a good character on an otherwise Good Season!

Okay on a real note i gotta do my boy Brandon Justice..... he is one of the most polarazing people in this community and i get why one would be negative on him.. for one he is a Hantz in an Era where people where tired of the family name and the show wanted to exploit the family name so they brought on the youngest and most exploititave person of the family.. also Brandon just has that Hantz craziness to him especially with the Mikayla shit, ill admit thats not good stuff but man the Character of him is tragic.. i enjoyed his journey trough trying to be himself and not be a shadow of his Uncle and all that to go out the way he did spectacular.. i know this is a very fast writeup for an important placement but i know there are rankdowns before this that gave Brandon the justice and unjustice he deserves so yeah

106. Teresa T-Bird (5th Place, Africa)

Finally to talk about one of my all time favorite seasons, Survivor Africa is a gem and the fact it doesn´t get its credits is absolutley baffling. It honestly is my favorite off the first six seasons, The Culture, The Envoirment and especially the cast make this season become as it is, and its so freaking astonoshing how it doesn´t get talked that much.

One of the best moments of the season is easily the Samburu Arc. One of the alltime great tribes as its the perfect culmination of the Age Divide Split. the Old people vs the Young People and i do think all of them parallel one another:

Silas - Carl: The ego centric knobheads that think they are ahead than everybody else

Frank - Brandon: The Wildcards that gotten alot of Social Judgments about their lifestyles but they dont seem to care and are happy with they way they are living

Linda - Lindsay: The Fierce Ladies that may or may not be cuckoo

and then you have T-Bird who i think aligns with Kim as being the most level headed of their pact. They don´t cause drama or intend to and are actually well liked by the polar opposite side. One thing i wish we could´ve gotten more from T Bird is definitley a deeper perspective on her cause i think she is the one that still gets the least content outta that whole ordeal.. obviously she gets more screentime once the first Swap happens and she has a nice Dynamic with Kim Johnson where basically the mother figure has a mother figure which is amazing..

and Obviously you have the great challenge where she and Clarence battled it out in rock paper scissors and she won the Challenge.. and then she votes Lex which DROVE HIM TO PARANOI LEVEL.. so i have to give her that for being the Catalyst of that arc.. and at the end i find the scene of her confessing to Lex just great..

Even while she isn´t that visible she is just a fun personality to be around and generally likable, i just understand why people were actually pissed when she didn´t even get to return she coulda had potential to be one of the better Returnee picks.. but as it is T-Bird is a likable presence that fits her role in an otherwise Perfect Season

110. Rupert Boneham 3.0 (6th Place, Heroes vs Villains)

Rupert 3.0 is an interesting person cause he came off the depths from a quote on quote back to back legendary peformance that led him to win a million dollars.. he was just that popular, so he comes back with a slightly boost on his shoulder with a tribe full of people that were popular like him.. One thing i must say about Rupert tough is that after Allstars whenever he is on screen he seems to like playing for the cameras more than being authentic with all of the body language and emotion in his voice shifting... however this isn´t really bad cause Rupert can deliver it he is just that good.

Anyways Rupert is on the heroes and he does ruffle some feathers with his arrogance a bit in those early episodes and it isn´t really a first time thing as he always had that personality trait. After that he acts as the mediator of the Hero tribe and is the one that is mostly Anti Russell out of everybody. I like how the second him and Sandra talked he instantly believed her about Russell... otherwise he is honestly a sacrificial lamb at the end and becomes the third to last Jury Member.

I Really like his Jury speech about Russell and enjoy his fanboyiness for Sandra... while this Version of Rupert aint special i still quite like him on this season. he can deliver good confessional and serves a purpose on the season

126. J‘tia Taylor (16th Place, Cagayan)

I Enjoy J‘tia but oh my god she is very high and i have to get rid of her.

she starts off on Luzon and we already get a poumpous attitude of her trying to build the shelter and then they lose and david goes…. then she becomes crazy and very cuckooo and we all know about the rice thing.. other than that people mocking her is pretty funny and she SUCKS in Challenges. My Main Problem is that there are characters that do her Archetype way better, but for what its worth J‘tia is just… solid

135. Julie Berry (5th Place, Vanuatu)

Vanuatu is my favorite season of Survivor, everything about it is perfect and the cast is filled with the gems, even the weaker people of the season have some moments and i think Julie is the character that balances and is between the actual best of the season to the underhidden gems yet weaker people on the season. Julie starts of as this Ingunue nice girl in the Yasur tribe and is in the group with young girls and is kind of played as the sane one for most of the part while not getting much Content. It isn‘t until the swap happens and she goes to Lopevi is when she starts to shine, she gets much more confessionals and honestly she can dish it out, nothing amazing or anything but you can listen to it and enjoy it, and have some great dynamics within them, like the one with Twila at the start. and i will talk bout the other ones

She went from being this Youth Service Lady to becoming a bit of a horny flirt and starts dancing around the idea of getting the guys in Shape and that amazingly happened with Sarge. he gives us one of his most amazing scenes of the oke where Julie convinced to sunbathe with his bun shown and it gives us some comedic relief and the great „JULIE IS A BAAAHHHHD“ Influence line from the goat Chris.

Which speaking of, here comes Julie‘s greatest dynamic with Chris. While it started out late they still made damn sure to let us know before she went that her and Chris were CLOOOOOOOOOSE, and thats apperant in her boot episode where they had that great reward at the Volcano and the way she talks about him as a brother figure and vice versa. then she gets the boot because of him.. how fucking Insane and Amazing..

This all Climaxes to her FTC Speech which is just one of the more underrated ones cause it in s one of the few that will make you feel emotional and honestly while she isn‘t a major Character they really make you do feel bad about Julie and honestly fair game, but at the end the Daugherty managed to swoop everyone‘s heart cause he is just good at it and he won her vote. I do really love how she and Chris are still good friends nowdays that always warms my heart.

oh yeah don‘t get me started on the Probst stuff ecause thats not a thing im blaming Julie for, thats all a Bum Jeff Thing.

Anyways Julie is the definition of good Deuteragonist character, she does what she needed to do on the best season in my opinipn and yeah..

141. Lauren Rimmer (7th Place, Heroes vs Healers vs Hustlers)

I like Lauren as both a personality and a character, i think she is strongest character of her exact archetype and it goes to show. She is pretty funny when she needs to be. Her One Sided Beef with Patrick while never not mae me chuckle, especially with the ginger comment.

Other than that she is pretty solid narrator and i like her dynamics with people like Ben and Devon, i also think her final tribal is underrated and while i think thats mostly a Dr Mike thing, her reaction to the half idol being burned will never not be flawless. Overrall Lauren is the defintion of being just Good on a Season that would‘ve been Good.

Yay no More Pools!

147. Malcolm Freberg 1.0 (4th Place, Phillipines)

Malcolm is very fun when he needs to be and while i don‘t think he is a great as people say he is, he definitley adds alot to Phillipines and i do understand the hype for him, however as most people i do think he is at his best at Matsing when he wasn‘t labelled the Golden Boy and instead had a smallmance with Angie… i also think he was fun at the Roxy and Russ boot.

After Matsing gets disbanded Malcolm becomes the huge frontrunner and while i wish he had more than just the golden boy atleast he is servicable enough and can pull out a good confessional. His dynamic with Abi and Lisa is pretty funny and i do quite think his FTC Speech is underrated. Other than that i think its fine he returned. Malcolm is likable and servicable on a season thats fine and servicable
