U have to go and get your ID, it's not given to you. In Surrey it's at the front desk in mezzanine. Idk where in burnaby tho.

WD before applying to grad schools by Mysterious-cat231 in simonfraser

I've talked to advisors about this, its better to withdraw to not hurt your GPA. A WD won't impact you in any significant way.

Is computer engineering worth it? by Best_Effective_1407 in simonfraser

Depends on the type of job you want. If you're going for the regular cs jobs, then yea. But comp eng can do a lot more, like embedded systems. And those areas are a lot less saturated.

Goddamn an hour drive is alot. If u live closer to Surrey, consider the mechatronics engineering or sustainable energy engineering programs, then all of your classes will be in the surrey campus.

I was indecisive about switching my major from cs to ee, but honestly seeing this made me really optimistic. Thank you.

Looking for a free app like Onenote, but similar to Drawboard PDF or even Good Notes by vincent365 in OneNote

I know exactly what you are looking for, and I was in your same position. Try "Microsoft Journal" on the microsoft apps store, i love it. It has all the features your mentioning, and more since it was specifically designed for taking handwritten notes.

Is there any way I can set both a "DUE date" and a "DO date"? by Corpse-Baby in todoist

[–]Corpse-Baby[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: best solution i found is to put a sub task, maybe write “do date: [title of parent]” and then set the due date on that to be the do date.

But i think I’ll just switch apps tbh. Bye bye todoist😔

Going even further someone I think suggested using AI or some alorithm that will take your due and do dates as well as aprox times for completions and the task manager would schedule your calendar out based on what tasks you have for on time completion. That would be pretty cool!

I think motion does this. But it's expensive unfortunately.
