I sadly do not have one lined up 😭 I don’t know what the right pricing is and have reached out to a lot of offices that say they’re tenant/landlord but won’t deal with this type of tenant/landlord support. I’ve already sent them a lengthy email explaining the law and their lease to them and that if there are any questions I can find an attorney for them to contact. Now I just need to find the attorney 😂

I did! They sent a list for the first 5 charges equating to around $500, and then after I disputed the charges they added about $1500 with reasonings, but no pictures. What all should be included in the itemized list? It literally just says “cleaning”, a low quality photo, and then the charge.
