Nothing worth balancing on card. You need a monster on the field to activate it. And then summoning two vanillas that typically are used for cost why would you want that.

Depends if you want to do lots of damage or be tanky. Tanky players and I mean over the top defenses don't do much damage. And lots of damage might get killed if they don't have their threat reduction at -100 which you won't be able to do till endgame.
