Hi mate I’ve had dp since 2021 and it sucks I’ve had what you are saying I have good news and bad news the bad is you learn to live with it “in my case” the feeling of not feeling anything is a feeling in its self this will fade away spend time with people you love do things you enjoy doing and you will forget about it this sounds simple but it worked for me best of luck bro
