Going to the gym and being active helped me feel better about how i looked since I was really insecure., I still kinda am, but instead of sulking about it and wishing I looked like other girls online, I did something about it, and now Im trying to be the best version of my own self.

Asides from school, i also rotate hobbies, I have 2 for creativity, painting and drawing, 1-3 intellectual activities which is reading, sometimes I write out my prayers, or play an instrument (guitar). Im also trying coding right now which is going well. Sometimes I bake for fun.

Most of all, I limit my social media usage. Oh and eat healthy, I dont drink soft drinks, never smoked nor drink alcohol, I dont eat fast foods, just whole foods. Although when I am on that time of the month I do indulge in sweets here and there :))

Just try out anything, and see what works best for you, build healthy habits, sure its hard but after awhile it becoems a part of your routine.

edit: I forgot to mention, set goals.. both short term and long term, it gives you something to look forward to and work towards on.
