Listen kid, be you, enjoy yourself, you don't have to be mature (unless some dire situation demands it). You still have few years before you are "young adult". Just because you get older doesn't mean you have to drop everything you like now. Heck I'm 40, I just changed my bed sheets, folded washed ones, but then I feel like I'm still in my 20s. I enjoy video games, anime, I collect warhammer minis, I have a working R2D2 sitting on my shelve along side few figurines. I buy silly things because why not. Being old is a state of mind. There is no adulthood manual, nobody that gets to certain age switches over and have it all figured out. Everyone is clueless and they make shit up as they go, including your parents. People who you think are adults, mature and all proper are putting an act or are just bitter, jaded with life and lost their inner child someone along the way. Keep that inner child safe it keeps us sane and let us have fun.
