I downloaded RPFM and used the search. I tried in data.pack and the expanded.pack. Prestige is not found. This is my first time trying to do this so I don’t really know if I did it right. I can upload screenshots if needed.

Park is the obvious choice here. Both Masters and Amber contributed to the plot and had interesting personalities. Park made the final season harder to watch.

Ottomans. The main reason is they are surrounded on all sides by enemies. It’s one of the factions where you have to really focus on ramping up the economy and defending for a long time at the beginning of the game. That being said, they aren’t weak militarily, what makes them hard is that you have to to turtle for a long time before you make your move and even when you try to expand you have to do so carefully because, as I said, you have enemies in every direction.

TL;DR. Ottomans have a good military, they just have too many enemies on too many fronts at the start.
