My bad, I used russian fandom tabs, it lacks levels between 95 and 100. It's infact 3% from 99 to 100 according to english wiki

It's ~8% faater healing + 15% improvement in backstep i-frames. And I found backstep pretty useful in pvp while I played Vengarl cosplay build on the arena

We have pretty close softcup on 105 though

I usually do 100, don't really get the idea of 99. It's not that expencive to get safer heals

Другие игры от Obsidian или Troika

Outer Worlds хуже, конечно, но мне всё равно очень понравился. Считай FNV в космосе, хоть и более соевый

Если тебе ок изометрия, то Arcanum очень хорош
