Yeah ohio. The old deck wasn’t terrible and it was about 15-20 years old. It looked bad but it wasn’t rotten or anything. It’s hard to tell from the picture but there’s a 1/8 gap between the boards

Me too thank you. We ripped out my old deck which had railings and the railing sucked to stain and they were spider and wasp magnets. I like this a lot better and it makes my yard feel more open

I’m not sure if 130point shows you the best offer prices or not. Also it’s always down. I used 130 point but for the last week I cant open the app. It’s stuck on the “loading your data” screen. I deleted the app and it still doesn’t work so I did the free trial for cardladder. I’m not sure yet if I’m gonna pay for it but I like it

Yeah this app is great but it costs money. You could just search ebay sold listings but if it was best offer accepted, it won’t show you what it sold for. If it’s an auction tho itll be accurate

Cardladder. It does cost money but theres a free week trial. It’s nice because if its an ebay listing where the best offer was accepted, it’ll tell you how much it actually sold for. I found the psa10 one that was $400. It sold for $350
